The Tile Hub is proud to announce that renowned architect and television personality Hugh Wallace will be visiting the company’s Shannon showroom on Saturday, June 7 to unveil something very special.
A judge on RTÉ’s Home of the Year and presenter of The Great House Revival, Hugh will officially reveal the bathroom he personally designed for the newly reimagined showroom, while also assisting the team to officially open the fresh-look bathroom outlet.
Known for his distinctive style and passion for design, Hugh’s involvement marks a significant milestone for The Tile Hub as they reveal their fully renovated showroom to the public. Located at the Ballycasey Craft and Design Centre, the new showroom is a veritable ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ of bathroom goodies. It is a must-visit destination for anyone considering a bathroom refresh.
Hugh will be in attendance from 10:30am, with the official unveiling of his custom-designed bathroom taking place 30 minutes later. As part of the celebration, he will also offer three, free one-on-one consultations with members of the public, giving visitors a unique opportunity to receive his expert advice.
Guests are encouraged to bring photos of their existing bathrooms for personalised recommendations from Hugh on how to turn their spaces into sanctuaries of luxury and comfort. A public Q&A session with Hugh will then take place at 1pm, followed by the official opening of the new showroom alongside broadcaster Trina Mara from Classic Hits at 2pm.
Speaking about his collaboration with The Tile Hub, Hugh Wallace said, “I am really impressed with the vast range of products available at The Tile Hub. The selection is of a premier standard, and it’s fantastic to have one company and one location where people can source their sanitary ware, choose their tiles, and get everything fitted. It really takes the stress out of a bathroom renovation. The team are highly professional, and the quality of their work is exceptional.”
Trina Mara, host on Classic Hits and The Tile Hub’s official brand ambassador, will also be present across both days of celebrations. On Friday, June 6, she will broadcast live from the Shannon showroom from 10am to 2pm, helping to kick off the weekend festivities.

Saturday’s events will also feature a live outdoor BBQ starting at 11am, musical entertainment from 12pm, spot prizes, complimentary refreshments and exclusive in-store offers available throughout the weekend.
A standout feature of The Tile Hub’s newly updated boutique showroom is the state-of-the-art 3D Design Centre, where customers can visualise their dream bathrooms brought to life in real time. A special 3D Design Masterclass will be hosted by the Tile Hub’s in-house designer, Sharon McGettigan, on Friday from 2pm to 3pm.
Founded in 2020 by father-and-son duo George and Peter Justice, The Tile Hub builds on more than three generations of experience in the plumbing and heating trade through their original family business, Justice Plumbing and Heating.
The Shannon-based company specialises in complete bathroom renovations for both domestic and commercial projects across Clare, Limerick, Galway, Tipperary and Cork. While the company has recently closed its Limerick showroom to focus operations in Shannon, its commitment to innovation and design excellence continues to grow.
Peter Justice said, “We are delighted to have a bathroom designed by Hugh Wallace on permanent display in our showroom. We hope it will inspire our customers to begin their own home transformations. Of course, we don’t just focus on domestic projects—we also have extensive expertise in commercial and hotel bathroom redesigns and retrofits.”
The Tile Hub remains a proud family business, now involving George’s sons Gary and George Jnr, both of whom continue to help drive the company forward with energy, innovation, and a shared commitment to quality.
Entry to the event is free and open to the public. With a full weekend of activities, expert advice and exclusive offers, the opening of the new Tile Hub showroom promises to be a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community.
